Returns & Cancellations: Every online order is considered a concluded contract only after the company sends a confirmation email indicating the start of the order processing. The contract is not considered concluded before the company checks product availability and prices and sends the relevant confirmation email.

Your order can be canceled up until the time it is processed, either by phone at +30 210 41 70 400 or via email at eshop@earcare.gr, stating your order number.

If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel it, you will be charged for shipping costs (both delivery and return), and the products must be returned to the Company. Returned products must be in excellent condition and in their original packaging as they were sent.

Returns are not accepted for products that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, such as personal care items (e.g., protective masks).

Returns are also not accepted for products ordered on behalf of a customer with a deposit or full payment and which are not part of the Company’s regular stock.

Right of Withdrawal & Product Returns

The customer has the right to request withdrawal and return a product purchased through the online store within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.

From the date the withdrawal request is sent, the product must be returned to the Company within fourteen (14) days, and return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The product must be returned intact, in excellent condition, with its original and complete packaging (boxes, foam, plastic, etc.), without tears or damage, and with all accessories (user manuals, cables, adapters, remote controls, etc.).

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  1. Products made according to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
  2. Products ordered specifically for a customer with a deposit or payment and not part of the Company’s regular stock.
  3. Products unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, such as personal care items (e.g., protective masks).

If the product must be returned due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect shipment by the Company, the return will be free of charge after consultation with the Company.

Refunds

According to Law 2251/1994 (Article 3, paragraph 4) concerning distance (online) purchases, refunds will be made within 14 calendar days from the date the withdrawal request is received, provided the product has been returned and received.

The Company will refund the purchase amount after receiving and inspecting the product. Refunds are processed after the returned products are checked by authorized staff.

Refund methods:

  1. If payment was made by credit/debit card, the refund is initiated immediately and credited within 10–15 business days, depending on the issuing bank.
  2. If payment was made in cash at a Company store, the refund is given upon return of the products.
  3. If payment was made via cash on delivery, the refund is completed within 14 business days.
