The following terms and conditions apply to the use of the online store under the trademark www.galiotos.gr.

1. INTRODUCTION – RESPONSIBLE LEGAL ENTITY Our company under the name “D. GALIOTOU & CO. EE” has been established and operates legally under Greek law, with VAT number 999064179 / Athens Tax Office A’. It is headquartered at 22 Veranzerou Street, Athens. Within the scope of our activities in providing hearing solutions and hearing aids, we process “Personal Data” concerning you (hereinafter referred to as PD), meaning any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”), which can directly or indirectly determine their identity, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/EU and applicable Greek legislation.

2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW

• For our activities in providing hearing solutions and services, we have created the website galiotos.gr. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge, declare, and guarantee, among other things, that you provide only accurate and truthful information where required by the website’s data entry system at all stages of the process.
